How and why?

Repurpose I.T. Ltd is a not for profit organisation. We ask all businesses and private individuals to consider donating your unwanted I.T. equipment to us for repurposing to individuals or organisations who would benefit. We also work with local charities to identify qualifying individuals or organisations.

Data security is of great importance; all data is removed from computer hard disks by military grade disk cleansing for full peace of mind.

Here are some benefits for companies/organisations who choose to donate:

Extending the life of equipment is good for the environment. Furthermore, businesses will benefit from positive publicity as repurposing is preferable than adding to landfill.

Any donating company / organisation will have the opportunity for positive publicity to have their organisations green and charitable credentials highlighted. All I.T. equipment is locally distributed, benefiting people close to your organisation. We offer a free pickup service from your premises.

We provide your organisation with a receipt for collection and, if required, a certificate showing military grade data removal for the hard disk of every donated computer. This certificate conforms to United Kingdom regulatory compliance giving your organisation the peace of mind that all data has been removed and is impossible to retrieve.
