Who can benefit?
Our experience in working with businesses and schools has highlighted how refurbished I.T. equipment could be of use to the wider community rather than being scrapped or disposed of by other means. Repurpose I.T. will refurbish donated equipment such as deskptop PCs, laptops and mobile phones, and offer it to members of the local community for help with life in the modern digital age.
We want to help enhance the lives of people who otherwise might consider such equipment out of reach to them, either financially or due to social/age related issues. We want to encourage people to utilise information technology to assist in their everyday lives.
We also work with local charities to identify qualifying individuals or organisations.
Using refurbished I.T. equipment also has the added benefit of recycling to help protect the environment.
